WcSystems Corporation was founded in 2012 and rebranded in 2024 as WCS Technology Inc., bringing over 40 years of combined experience in engineering. With a strong foundation built by founder Mr. Wallace Chalmers Jr., we’ve grown into a trusted provider of innovative sensor solutions across various industries.

About Mr. Wallace Chalmers Jr.
Mr. Wallace Chalmers Jr., President and CEO of WCS Technology Inc., is a highly accomplished leader with a distinguished career in engineering and technology. With extensive experience across multiple industry sectors, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of several key technologies.

Career Beginnings and Early Experience
Mr. Chalmers began his career at Rockwell International, where he designed test solutions for electro-optical hybrid arrays. His expertise quickly gained recognition, and he moved on to a Test Software Developer position at Motorola, followed by a role as a Test Engineer at Texas Instruments.

Leadership and Contributions at Texas Instruments
At Texas Instruments, Mr. Chalmers spent five years writing software and designing hardware for automated test development for analog and mixed signal CMOS integrated circuits. His contributions were significant, leading to his advancement in various roles, including Analog Designer and eventually, Design Engineer. These experiences provided him with invaluable skills and expertise in product development.

Electro-Optical Design Expertise at Optek Technology
Mr. Chalmers later became an IC Design Engineer at Optek Technology, where he spent eight years designing electro-optical integrated circuit solutions, incremental and absolute encoder solutions, and Hall effect solutions for a variety of applications. His work during this time strengthened his leadership abilities and deepened his technical knowledge in the field.

Founding WCS Technology Inc.
Ultimately, Mr. Chalmers transitioned from his work at Optek Technology to fully dedicate his efforts to founding WCS Technology Inc. With his extensive experience and vision, he has successfully led the company toward providing innovative sensor solutions to meet the evolving needs of industries around the globe.
